My 2nd gen Toyota 4Runner failed inspection for tie rods, but on top of that, it is hella bouncy because every suspension component is 1995 original and worn out. So in typical “while I’m in there” fashion, I’m replacing a buncha junk.

I picked up this sunburnt ’95 4Runner as an upgrade from my ’98 Rav4. They’re equally slow, but this ol’ truck has a full rust-free frame, more hauling capacity, and real 4-wheel drive. I’m excited to dig into it.
